MISSION STATEMENT
I will fight reason ability everyday to become the champion of my world.
I will shed my pains and sorrows with honor, allowing my tears to roll, as my head will never be down.
I will scrutinize every thought before delivering its words.
I will face the tiger of doubt and be completely self expressed with no fear of ridicule.
I love the woman I am with unconditionally, with complete integrity, understanding , and kindness. I will be her stand for anything she so chooses.
When speaking with family and friends, I will do so as if it were the last time I would ever speak with them again.
I embrace the child within me giving way to newly found realms of wonder and unconditional love daily.
I will take 5 minutes everyday. twice a day, to focus on the silence. I will breath and meditate on the core of my being.
I am healthy, working on my physical being both inside and out.
I am completely responsible for myself and my life and all those around me as I will never decide but only choose.
I will want from nothing, only that which is generated from my own actions.
I am dedicated to Touch, Move, and Inspire all whom cross my path with no measure of worth.
I thank my God for everything he grants me, inclusive of challenges, failures, and downfalls set before me every single day, as this is what makes me who I am.

Retire to a quite place, sit down, close your eyes and completely relax your muscles and nerves. Concentrate on the space between your eyebrows and quieten and silence the conscious mind. Begin to repeat "Om" mentally while associating the ideas of infinity, eternity, immortality, etc. You must repeat Om with the feeling that you are the infinite and all-pervading. Mere repetition of Om will not bring the desired result. Keep the meaning of Om always at heart. Feal Om. Feel that you are pure, perfect, all-knowing, eternal, free, Brahman. Feel that you are absolute consciousness and the infinite, unchanging existance. Every part of your body should powerfully vibrate with these ideas. This feeling should be kept up all day long. Practice regularly and steadily with sincerity, faith, perseverance and enthusiasm in the morning, midday and evening.

Note: I am not a religious man. I am a spiritual man, and not in a waka waka waka funky cold medina I am a blossoming flower psychedelic way. I believe in A God. My God. I personally believe religion is the cause of the state of our planet and existence which if closely analysed, is dismal. The state of mind of so many nations and peoples is: "If you do not believe in my Ghost, I must kill you." There are over 10,000 religions, and in 99% of them, there is a deity, a ONE, hence ESHU, ELEGUA, OBATALA, MUHAMMAD, CHANTICO, QUETZALCOATL, TIAMAT, EKNI, HUMBABA, HATHUR, TEFNUT, BUDDHA, PLUTO, VENUS, YAWEH, ADITINGGI, RANGDA, TIKI, TAMATAUENGA,WAKAN TANKA, AAKULUUJJUSI and the list goes on and on and on. It is very unfortunate, the masses can not figure out it is the ONE and the SAME. Now, do not let this saddeen you, as YOU are a nation of its own.
